How long does shipping take for furniture items?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase a sofa?
Yes! You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatch Program' to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Do you provide assembly services?
